Delete your account

Car Parking by Kashiverse

You can ask us to delete your Car Parking account and the data linked to it at any time. We complete deletion within 30 days.

How to request deletion

Send an email to kashiverseventures@gmail.com with the subject "Car Parking account deletion".
Send it from the Google account email you use to sign in to Car Parking, so we can find and verify your account.
We confirm by email once your account and data have been deleted.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account in Firebase Authentication.
Your profile record: user ID, display name, profile photo link, guest status and last sign-in time.
Your saved game data: progress, diamonds, chosen player name and your leaderboard entry.
Your push notification token for reminders.

What is not affected

Settings (sound, haptics, grid) are stored only on your device. Remove them by uninstalling the app. Progress kept on your device is removed the same way, or with Settings → Reset progress.
Analytics and advertising data processed by Google Firebase Analytics and AdMob is not linked to your name or email and is kept according to Google's retention policies. You can reset your advertising ID in your Android device settings.

Guest players

Guest accounts do not include your name or email. Uninstalling the app removes the guest session and all game progress from your device.
